Japanese Restaurant — Quiet Drama at the Table
The 5,000 sq. ft. restaurant in Dhaka uses dark timber, a restrained palette, and soft lighting to create an intimate dining atmosphere. In the private dining area, a circular mirrored ceiling draws the eye toward the central table, while upholstered chairs add comfort.
The 2026 design brings a sense of occasion to the meal through carefully chosen materials and lighting.
Dining Beneath Sculptural Light
Dark finishes, suspended lights, and sculptural forms overhead give this dining area an intimate atmosphere. Upholstered chairs and thoughtfully spaced tables invite guests to settle in and enjoy their time together.
Glass along one side brings openness to the room, while warm pools of light draw attention to each table. The interplay of shadow, texture, and light makes the space memorable.
